  Loveliest people, run quite well. Ordered the breakfast and tasted gorgeous. Defiantly would return when I next pass Richmond. Reasonable price for what you get and perfect placement right across from the museum.

  When we opened the door it was dark, warm and smelt of dust.... not fresh and clean. The Motel was very unclean. The only thing that was clean were the sheets, maybe?? After sleeping in this place I had bites on my torso, maybe dust mites or something?? Would not recommend especially if you have any respiratory condition: eg asthma etc. The place was not fresh, it smelt dusty. The decor is very dated. A fresh coat of paint would be a huge improvement.
  The lady at reception was friendly, but not understanding of travellers who just want to book in and get settled, she held us up talking endlessly. We were very tired and hungry after a big day of travel and just needed a good meal and rest.
  The walls are paper thin, and every noise from the neighbours was heard, like they were in our room.
  There was not even a jug of cold water in the fridge.
  The shower was very cramped, however the water was hot!
  I would not stay here again.
  We travelled from Rockhampton (Qld) to Alice Springs (NT) and Uluru, and this was definitely the worst place we stayed in our round trip of about 5000 kms.
  Our motel in Tennant Creek was five star compared to here. (And it was 3 1/2 stars)

  Whatcha total rip off . Airconditioning is from the 1960 . Bugs in the room ! $150 per night .

  Comfortable enough, aged though. Aircon was very noisy fortunately didn't have to use it during the night. No meals but hotel 100 mtrs away had a good menu

  Just not what I would consider a "Motel", personal opinion. Bunch of Donga's put together, expensive for what you get. Walls are paper thin, televisions all around I could hear. Yeah, I wouldn't return, I'll pocket the hundred bucks and roll out my swag up the road. One of the worst reviews I've written and I do feel bad but, it's the truth for me....
